Day seven, done!
I kept busy, on purpose, but it caused me to eat some of my scheduled meals too late (not because I didn’t have them with me, just because I wasn’t keeping track of time) so I’ve realized I need to set alarms on the weekends.
Dinner was a veggie quiche, my second time making it, and I liked it just as much the second time. Its really filling and minus the time it takes to chop the veggies and shred the cheese, very easy and quick to prepare. Plus it looks so great when I’m done with it!!!
Tomorrow, Sunday, is the day. My first weigh in. I’m very nervous, but also very excited. I know that I’ve gotten my hopes up for these knock-em-out-of-the-park results, but I can’t help it when I see how great the MF program works for others!
