Goals

My goals,  at this point, are simple: become healthier!

To be more specific – so I have some items to track:

  • Lower my BMI to between 19-24.9 (currently 34.6)
  • Lose weight (currently 189.3lbs)
  • Lower my body fat percentage (currently unknown)
  • Increase my resting heart rate (currently unknown)
